Podcasting For Social Impact - Fall Cohort
A course that teaches you how to show others how to make amazing podcasts
September 20, 1:00 pm - 2:00 EST (10 - 11:00 AM PST) for six weeks on Tuesdays
Podcasting is a great way to share your story and engage with potential customers or donors, but it can be difficult to get started if you don't know where to start.
The work of progressive organizations doing good in the world is inspiring and sharing those amazing stories through podcasts can do wonders. Podcasts can be purely for entertainment, they can educate or inform, some make us laugh and a growing number are important communications tools for corporations, governments, NGOs and activists. Folks who know how to create and share beautifully produced podcasts can inspire others to take action for a cause or help find new or re-engaged donors. We’ve even had folks take our course and built podcasts for internal communications - these help build team spirit and share important information with colleagues in an innovative way.
Not only is podcasting a great way to share your story, but it's also a great way to build relationships with potential partners or donors. Our Podcast for Social Impact Course will teach you everything you need to know about how to create and share a successful podcast.

The most important thing you’ll learn in this course is how to listen with your heart. With trauma-informed listening and interviewing techniques you’ll conduct safer interviews, even when podcasting about difficult subjects. Learning in a group is a key part of our training and we’re excited to get to know you better.
